1. Overview
- These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://jalbaelegance.com and purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been accepted.
Once you make an order, please contact us to verify your order and placement for dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, fraud concerns, or stock shortages.
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
Payment is due upon checkout via M-Pesa, debit/credit card, or other methods displayed on the Site.
Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice until order confirmation.
We offer nationwide delivery.
Delivery fees are standard Ksh300 within Nairobi but may vary by location.
Average delivery time is 1-2 working days within Kenya.
Customers must confirm delivery details via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The original receipt is required.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Items worn, damaged, or without tags.
Intimates or personal wear (e.g.
socks, innerwear).Clearance or discounted items (marked “final sale”).
Email or call us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Return the item to our warehouse (address to be provided) using a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect we will bear the cost.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 1 business day.
Approved refunds will be processed within 1 business day to the original payment method.
Delivery fees are non-refundable as we use third party delivery methods.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size or item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead. Exchange is valid within 48hours Guaranteed.

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours) and we will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from third-party delivery delays, mishandling after delivery, or customer misuse. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (images, logos, text, and designs) is owned by Jalba Elegance and may not be used without written consent.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, the parties agree to attempt mediation or any other mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism. Only if such efforts fail shall either party resort to the courts of Kenya, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
